Space is limited, so plese reserve as soon as possible. If you act quiclky, you may even be able to get a lake-front view room for the same conference rate.
For convenience and increased social interaction with other participants, we strongly encourage you to stay at the Woodmark Hotel. However, if you desire to stay at another location, The area has a number of hotels, with varied quality ad prices (although it's going to be hard to beat the price/quility of the Woodmark). Closest option is probably the La Quinta Inn (kirkland), approximately 1.2 miles from the conference hotel.
In case you desire to stay in the hotel on days that are not registered with their web-site at IEEE WIFS rates, please follow these steps:
Book dates that are contracted (12/12 – 12/14) via the URL provided.
Email (brandon.burtis@thewoodmark.com) with confirmation # received from step 1, and provide correct/extended dates of stay.- Brandon will adjust the reservation to the new dates and resend email confirmation to reflect the change.
